Located in the heart of Surat's textile market at Bakra Sheri, Sagampura, we have been serving garment manufacturers, exporters, and fashion brands since 2012.

Orders & Specifications
All products are made to order based on buyer-provided specifications (size, shape, material). Minor variations in color and texture may occur due to textile manufacturing processes.
Intellectual Property
Buyer confirms they have rights to any logos/trademarks provided for manufacturing. KGN JARI is not liable for IP infringement by the buyer.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is limited to the value of the defective goods. We are not responsible for indirect or consequential losses.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in Surat, Gujarat.
Refund & Cancellation
Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement, provided production has not started. Once manufacturing begins, cancellation may not be possible.
Refunds
Refunds are issued only for defective or incorrect items (not matching approved specifications). Claims must be raised within 7 days of delivery with photographic evidence.
Refunds are processed within 10–12 business days via original payment method or bank transfer.
Non-refundable
Custom-cut labels and badges are non-refundable unless defective.
